Raj provided good feedback on when to buy property considering my current conditions. We also got a multiple reference for Raj from Berkshire Hathaway from some of the family friends in the past to buy and sell the property. Hence, we called Raj from Berkshire Hathaway when we decided to buy property during last summer. What a difference it makes to have true professionals to assist you! They made the whole experience very smooth. Selling a home and then relocating to another country can be very involved. They helped us in negotiating the purchase / sale of our home contents—furniture, bedroom, Living room, dining room, etc. We did not want to take our furniture overseas, personal belongings only. The buyers were willing to wait until we were able to ship our belongings, then have the closing. The whole process between us the seller and buyer was very amicable, thanks in great part to Raj and Bernard.

You need a solid team of three people; the realtor, mortgage lender, and attorney, and Niall kept all three connected, made sure we were doing what we needed to, and gave us advice throughout the entire process. He was always available by phone/text or email. This process can be extremely stretched out and having someone who will answer your texts immediately was a relief! We started our process by looking at homes on sites like Zillow and sending Niall a list of homes we wanted to see. He quickly started booking appointments for us or told us if the homes were no longer available or already had a few offers on the table that we probably wouldn’t be able to compete with – something the websites don’t tell you. In just about two weeks, he took us to see 20 homes. We both work full time, so had to limit our search to weeknights or weekends. During the week we only saw a couple homes since daylight was limited but on weekends, he would set up “tours” to see 6-9 house per day and arrange the routes per county. We did a Somerset tour and a Middlesex tour which was extremely helpful. It seemed like it would be a long day, but it actually went by very quickly. The tours he set up were extremely helpful so we weren’t driving out of our way or back and forth. We had no idea what to look out for in houses or what were pros or cons, and Niall was extremely helpful in not getting in our way while we were looking, but also pointing out things we should be looking at. He knew the area well and was able to tell us about the school district and improvements that are coming to the neighborhood that would improve the value of our home. Once we found “the one”, he helped us by providing recommended attorneys and home inspectors. He helped us figure out what our first offer should be in order to get the home for a great price and really helped with negotiation. There wasn’t a question he couldn’t answer and I can’t stress enough the value of having an experienced realtor. Niall was always able to make time for us made himself available for a second visit to the house with our families, the home inspection, final walk-through, and for the closing. All in all, we found our home and put in our offer within 2 weeks of starting our search and closed on our home within a month and a half. It was not NEARLY as stressful as friends and family told us it would be and I truly believe that is in part due to The Kore Team, Niall & Raj.

Well the pandemic hit and we put selling our house on hold. They were so understanding and said they would keep in touch for when we were ready. So early in the fall with that said it is a go. They got the ball rolling very quickly and explained how everything would work and what we needed to do to sell our house. After meeting with Raj, we realized that she understood our needs and she was knowledgeable about the home buying process and the area we were looking to buy a house.
